If you are interested in having your site hosted for free here, please read this page, make sure your site meets critera for hosting, and fill out the form to get in contact with me. I apologize that there is so much to read on this page but I wanted to make sure I included all relevant information about hosting with me. Please note that I reserve the right to decline to host any site for any reason.

Critera for Hosting

• Your site must have a layout and content that was created by you. I will host just about any type of site (including but not limited to graphics sites, pixel sites, blogs, and fanlistings) as long as its owner has put forth reasonable effort into learning html/css/php and web design. I'm sorry but I will not accept sites that use premade layouts or content that is not unique. Also, if you are just starting out learning web design, I would appreciate it if you took used a free site to develop your skills before applying for hosting here.

• No pornography, hentai, racism/discrimination, or otherwise offensive material please! If your site is a blog and contains entries that might not be suitable for people of all ages that doesn't fall into anything previously stated (such as swearing etc), this is fine as long as any "mature content" is clearly advertised and avoidable. Also, I'm sorry but I will not host any religious or political sites.

• Please do not upload any illegal materials onto the diamondrains.com server. This includes pirated mp3's, movies, or graphics that you do not own the rights to.

• You must either have a working knowledge of FTP or be willing to learn it on your own (don't let this discourage you from applying - FTP is not hard at all). I will be available for a few quick questions regarding FTP but I'm sorry, I do not have time to teach hostees how to use it. For more information on FTP and how to use it, please click here.

• For security purposes, you must use an FTP client program to build and maintain your website, as opposed to using FTP through a web browser. The FTP client that I use and recommend is Filezilla. It can be downloaded for free on that website.

• All sources on your website must be properly credited. I will not accept hostees who do not give credit where it is due.

• Once your site is up and running on my site, please be sure that you have a hyperlink back to diamondrains.com included in your layout (this means that I would like a link to me on every page on your site). Thanks :)

What Hostees Get From Me

• A subdomain in the format of yoursite.diamondrains.com

• 1 GB of bandwidth per month.

• 1 GB of disk space.

• A diamondrains.com e-mail address.

• A link to your site on every page of my layout.

• **PLEASE NOTE** that if you require more disk space or bandwidth than I initially provide, those can be increased upon request.

Information That I Need From You

Please be sure to include the following information when you fill out the e-mail form below:

• Desired subdomain.

• Desired username and password for FTP and e-mail login.

• What type of site yours is (I.E. graphics, pixel, blog).

• Any additional bandwidth or disk space your site will require (if it exceeds what I provide by default).
